Athlete of The Week – Eve Glasergreen

Breaking 18 minutes is a great feat for any female XC runner, but sub 18 at the end of September and in a non championship race is something pretty special. At the NJCTC Magee Class Meet, North Hunterdon senior Eve Glasergreen accomplished that and ran the 2nd fastest all-time mark on the Greystone Course. That time at this point of the season is truly remarkable and directs the spotlight her way as one of the NJ High School Cross Country elites amongst the Ladies.

It was a fantastic run and quite special to watch. Also want to add that the temperature was a bit hot and humid – most of the run was all in the direct sunlight. I wish her an exciting and rewarding season!
