Rob DeFilippis, who has coached the Red Bank Catholic HS XC / T&F program to an elite level on the NJ State level and has produced nationally recognized teams and individuals, continued our conversation from last Friday. Part two is presented here with a wide ranging discussion of coaching philosophies and other topics.

    Without a doubt one of the best interviews I’ve ever watched. Rob hits so many excellent points, and it’s nice to see, as a young coach, that I’m not far off base from what he’s talking about.
