Hail to the Victors!

14Group4

It was, as they say, a epic day for racing at the Group XC Championships this past saturday. So much action, so many story lines.  In the next day or two, we’ll be bringing you some video clips of the Girls races, as well as interviews with some of the runners and coaches who helped make this day one of the best of the year.

The first Girls race of the day saw the Caseys of Red Bank Catholic show us why they have been the top ranked team in the state all season. With “the Long Green Train” taking places 4 thru 8, Red Bank Catholic emphatically stamped their ticket to the Meet of Champions. We caught up with senior and top RBC finisher Eryn Mills and Coach Rob DeFilippis right after the win.

Keep checking back as we add more to a recap of this outstanding day of Cross Country running!
