A Conversion With… Jacob Brown

IMG_0002_edited-1

After 40 plus years at the helm of the highly successful Ridgewood HS Girls XC/Track & Field Programs, Jacob Brown has retired. His successes over the years have made him a coaching legend in New Jersey and beyond. Brown announced his retirement from both coaching and teaching at the Bergen County School at the end of the 2014-2015 school year.

AlongTheFence (in association with NJ MileSplit) recently arranged an interview with Jacob, hosted by the journalist who witnessed most, if not all, of Mr. Brown’s triumphs along the way, Paul Schwartz of The Record (Bergen Co., NJ)

The interviews can be found
